Bubbles or Not Diving was established in 2016. We are a PADI 5 Star Recreational, Technical & Professional Training organization located in the heart of historic downtown Harlem, Georgia. Our dedication to providing quality training & education is evident-we pride ourselves on helping people become safe, skilled, & aware divers. We love bringing the thrill of the underwater world to new explorers. It’s more than just diving; it’s about building a dive community. Several of our instructors are technical divers, allowing us to open the aperture & introduce recreational divers to the technical diving world. We offer dive trips world-wide, and partner with dive shops in the continental USA to extend our range of opportunities for our clients.
