Freedive Lebanon Center is the 1st CMAS Freediving center in Lebanon and 1st S.I spearfishing center in the MENA region. Located in Tripoli & affiliated to CMAS Lebanon federation, we provide freediving levels from discovery till instructor courses + 3 levels of spearfishing certifications from total beginner to master deep spearo + specialties.
In addition, we offer the monthly freediving training programs that we were first to ever launch in Lebanon to improve breath hold duration, body flexibility, adaptation and comfort in the water and at depth.
Freedive Lebanon is managed by CMAS/AIDA international Judge and freediving instructor trainer and Spearfishing head instructor Rachid Zock.
