Description
Santa Barbara Island is the smallest of the Channel Islands but provides some of the most spectacular diving opportunities. The island is home to a large sea lion rookery, and divers frequently encounter these playful creatures. The underwater landscape is characterized by rocky reefs, vertical walls, and kelp forests. Look out for the rare and beautiful blue-banded goby.
