Description
Indopacetus, commonly known as the Longman's beaked whale or the Indo-Pacific beaked whale, is a genus containing a single species, Indopacetus pacificus, within the family Ziphiidae. This species is characterized by its large size, with a long and slender beak, and a unique color pattern that includes a light grey or white body with darker patches.
