Purplemouth conger [Uroconger lepturus]

Description
The Purplemouth conger is a marine, subtropical eel which is known from the eastern and western Atlantic Ocean, including Spain, Portugal, Morocco, and Angola. It dwells at a depth range of 100 to 1,000 meters, and leads a solitary life. It has a long, slender body with a small head. The color of its body is a dark brown with a yellowish underbelly, and the inside of its mouth is purple, hence the name.
