Ocellated damselfish [Neoglyphidodon oxyodon]

Description
The Ocellated damselfish is native to the tropical waters of the Western Pacific, from Indonesia to the Philippines. It is a medium-sized damselfish, growing up to 13cm in length. It is characterized by its deep blue coloration and prominent eye-spot or 'ocellus' on the rear part of the dorsal fin. The species inhabits lagoon and seaward reefs, often in areas with prolific coral growth.
