Description
Althenia billardierei, also known as the Billardiera Water Starwort, is another species of Althenia that is endemic to Australia. It is found in brackish and fresh water bodies. The species is a perennial plant with creeping rhizomes and produces white flowers. Its distinguishing feature is its wide leaves which are typically 5-10 mm wide.
