Blue Crown Jellyfish [Netrostoma cerulea]

Description
The Blue Crown Jellyfish or Netrostoma cerulea is also a Pacific Ocean species, particularly prevalent near Japan. It gets its name from its blue-colored bell, which is shaped like a crown, and can grow up to 20 cm in diameter. This species feeds on small fish and zooplankton, trapping them with their stinging tentacles. Its natural habitat includes both open waters and coastal areas, and it is known for its luminescent capabilities, particularly noticeable in darker waters.
