Description
Caballeraxine's Ghost Pipefish are small, delicate creatures that inhabit the Pacific and Indian Oceans' coral reefs. They are known for their leaf-like appendages and their ability to perfectly camouflage themselves among seagrass and seaweed. During the breeding season, females carry the fertilized eggs in their specialized pelvic fins that form a brood pouch.
