Curly Waterweed [Lagarosiphon muscoides]

Description
Lagarosiphon muscoides, also known as Curly Waterweed, is another submerged aquatic plant species in the Lagarosiphon genus. It is native to southern Africa and has been introduced to other parts of the world as an ornamental plant for ponds and aquariums. The leaves of this species are also arranged in a spiral pattern and are typically a lighter green than those of Lagarosiphon major. It prefers stagnant or slow-moving water bodies and can also form dense mats that displace native vegetation.
