Description
Benedenia seriolae is a species of monogenean, parasitic on the gills of a marine fish. It belongs to the family Capsalidae. It infects a variety of fish species, most notably the yellowtail kingfish (Seriola lalandi), and can cause significant issues in commercial aquaculture.
