Paperfish [Thysanophrys arenicola]

Description
The Paperfish, also known as the Spiny Flathead, is a species of fish in the family Platycephalidae. It is found in the Indo-West Pacific region including Australia. It is a marine, demersal species that can be usually found in sandy or muddy substrates of coastal waters, estuaries, and tidal creeks. It is characterized by its depressed head and body, small eyes located dorsally, and large mouth. Its primary diet consists of fish and crustaceans.
