Slime sole [Heteromycteris hartzfeldii]

Description
The slime sole, Heteromycteris hartzfeldii, is a flatfish of the family Soleidae. It is a demersal fish that lives on bottoms at depths of between 20 and 150 metres. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical, shallow seas. It can grow up to 27 cm in length. This species has a wide distribution in the Indo-Pacific.
