Description
The stout bobtail sole, Heteromycteris proboscidea, is a species of sole in the family Soleidae. It is found in marine environments within a demersal depth range of 100 - 200 meters. This species is native to a marine environment within the Northwest Pacific region. It grows up to a maximum length of about 20 centimeters.
