Description
The Banded Wedge Shark is a cestode parasite native to the Atlantic Ocean. It parasitizes the Longnose Velvet Dogfish, Centroselachus crepidater. This species is characterized by its scolex, which has two rows of hooklets, and its mature proglottids, which are wider than they are long.
