Magician Cone [Conus magus]

Description
Also known as the Magician Cone, this species is commonly found in the Indo-Pacific region. It typically lives in sandy or muddy substrates in shallow to moderate depths. This species is nocturnal and uses a venomous radular tooth for prey capture and defense. The shell of this species is characterized by a brown color with white bands.
