Description
The Stumpy-spined Cuttlefish, also known as the Dwarf Cuttlefish, is a small species of cuttlefish that can reach up to 7 cm in mantle length. It is known for its ability to change colors and patterns in a split second. It inhabits the coastal waters of the western Pacific Ocean, specifically from the Philippines to northern Australia. It lives in shallow reef habitats and is most active at night, when it hunts small fish and crustaceans.
