Broad unicorn shell [Katherinella latiaxis]
Description
A marine species native to the Indian Ocean. Katherinella latiaxis is found in sandy and muddy bottoms in deeper waters. The shell is broader and more robust than other species in the genus, with a white or pale coloration often marked with dark brown or black.
