Chinese liver fluke [Opisthorchis sinensis]

Description
Opisthorchis sinensis, or the Chinese liver fluke, is a species of parasitic flatworm. It is endemic to China, Taiwan, and other parts of East Asia. The adult fluke lives in the bile ducts of various mammals, including humans, and is transmitted through the consumption of raw or undercooked fish. It can cause a disease known as clonorchiasis.
