Gangesia Bengalensis [Gangesia bengalensis]

Description
A species of cestode in the family Proteocephalidae. It is found in freshwaters of India, where it infects the intestines of its definitive host, a kind of catfish called Wallago attu. It is characterized by a scolex (head) with a single row of large, rectangular rostellar hooks and four suckers.
