Gangesia punjabensis [Gangesia punjabensis]

Description
A species of cestode in the family Proteocephalidae. It is found in the rivers of Punjab in India. Its definitive host is the freshwater catfish, Wallago attu. The species is characterized by a scolex with a single row of medium-sized, irregular rostellar hooks and four suckers.
