Green flatworm [Convoluta roscoffensis]

Description
Green flatworms are marine worms that reach lengths of up to 15 millimeters. They are found in the intertidal zones of the North Atlantic, particularly around the British Isles and the coast of Brittany, France. They have a symbiotic relationship with the green alga Acetabularia acetabulum, which lives inside their tissues and gives them their characteristic green color. Green flatworms are photosynthetic, obtaining most of their energy from sunlight.
