Description
Haplorchis pumilio, or the Minute Intestinal Fluke, is a species of trematodes in the family Heterophyidae. They are parasitic flatworms that inhabit the intestines of various freshwater fish and mammals, including humans. The adult fluke is small, typically less than 1 mm in length. They are primarily found in Southeast Asia.
