Nannamoria's Abyssal Snail [Nannamoria abyssicola]
Description
Nannamoria abyssicola, or Nannamoria's Abyssal Snail, is a marine gastropod mollusk that inhabits abyssal depths of the ocean. It is primarily found in the Atlantic Ocean. The shell of this species is small, light in weight and usually pale in colour, which differentiates it from other species. Like other species in the genus, this snail feeds on organic material found in its deep-sea habitat.
