Striped flatworm [Allopodocotyle vittata]

Description
A species of monogenean parasitic flatworms. The species is found in the gill chamber of its host, the Trisopterus luscus. The body is elongated, with a striped pattern along the length of the body, from which the species derives its common name. The vitelline follicles form two longitudinal rows.
