Description
Haplorchis taichui, commonly known as Yellow Grub, is a species of trematodes in the family Heterophyidae. This parasitic fluke is often found in fish, particularly in the intestine. The adult fluke is small, typically around 1-2 mm in length, and is characterized by a yellowish-brown color. They are endemic to Southeast Asia, but have also been found in other parts of the world.
