Yellow Spot [Metagonimus yokogawai]

Description
Metagonimus yokogawai, commonly known as Yellow Spot, is a species of digenetic trematodes in the family Heterophyidae. The adult worm measures 1.0 to 2.5 mm by 0.3 to 0.8 mm. It is endemic in Far East countries. It inhabits the small intestine of fish-eating birds and mammals, including humans. The intermediate hosts are snails and fishes.
