Erpocotyle falcata is a species of monogenean in the family Hexabothriidae. The species is known to parasitize the gills of the common thresher shark, Alopias vulpinus. Distinguished by its sickle-shaped haptor, the species is found in the Pacific Ocean, particularly near California.
