Description
Astreopora randalli, commonly referred to as Golf Ball Coral, is a species in the family Acroporidae. It forms round colonies resembling golf balls, hence its common name. The colonies are relatively small and contain corallites that are immersed and closely packed. It is typically found in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the southwestern and northern Indian Ocean.
