Antarctic Tusk Shell [Antalis antarctica]

Description
This species is endemic to the Southern Ocean surrounding Antarctica. It inhabits deep-sea environments, typically found in depths of 200 to 600 meters. The shell is elongated and narrow, with a characteristic 'tusk' shape. It feeds on small invertebrates and detritus.
