Chiropsella [Chiropsella]

Description
Chiropsella, a genus of box jellyfish, is known for species that are relatively small compared to others in the Chirodropidae family. They have a cubic bell with tentacles that can extend several times the length of their body. Chiropsella species are found in the Indo-Pacific region, including Australian waters. They feed on small fish and invertebrates, using their venomous tentacles to immobilize prey quickly.
