The Hardyhead Silverside, or Temera hardwickii, is a marine fish species belonging to the Atherinidae family. The Hardyhead Silverside is distinguished by its elongated, silver body and a black spot at the base of its tail fin. It feeds mainly on plankton and small invertebrates.
