Cone Chiton [Stenoplax conspicua]

Description
This species is known for its conical valves, which are often speckled with various colors. They inhabit the waters of the Pacific, from Mexico to Panama, and can be found in rocky intertidal environments. Their typical length is about 4 cm. They feed primarily on algae.
