Bristly Chiton [Stenoplax heathiana]

Description
Often found in the waters of the Pacific, from Mexico to Peru, they inhabit rocky shorelines and tidal zones. Their most distinguishing feature is their bristly girdle, which is often covered in sediment. They can grow up to 4.5 cm in length and are known to feed on algae.
